FREE RIDES FOR VETERANS!!!!

In conjunction with Oakland County Veteran Services, NOTA is able to offer FREE rides in our service area to Veterans for the duration of the grant. This includes widows and dependents. If your ride takes you outside our service area, we can work with our partner transportation services to arrange your trip. All riders must first be registered and a copy of DD form 214 or drivers license with Veteran designation must be on file. Call NOTA dispatch for more information at 248-693-7100, press 2. THANK YOU FOR YOUR SERVICE!!

On 1/6/25, our team began the process of navigation a major software upgrade.

With our new dispatch program come some changes to the way riders can pay for trips. We will no longer be able to utilize credit for rides. Going forward we hope to be able to accept debit card/credit card payments for rides and tokens and will keep you posted on any changes. In addition, our new system will begin contacting scheduled riders with reminders calls or SMS/Text messages, and messaging will be generated in the event NOTA is closed due to inclement weather conditions. We will continue to update our Facebook and Instagram pages and our main phone system @ (248) 693-7100 with closing information for weather and holidays.

Thank you SO much for your patience and support!!! We look forward to improving our process with the goal of providing the best possible service to our communities.
