ATTENTION NOTA FRIENDS!! On 1/6/25, our team began the process of navigation a major software upgrade. When calling dispatch for the next couple of weeks, you may experience longer than anticipated wait times. We greatly appreciate your support and understanding as we adjust and move forward with updated technology to better serve our amazing riders and staff. Our voicemail will be available for cancellations and messages. Staff will return calls as soon as they are able. You will need to speak directly with a dispatcher to make a ride request, messages with ride requests cannot be accommodated. With our new dispatch program come some changes to the way riders can pay for trips. We will no longer be able to utilize credit for rides. Riders who currently have credit on their accounts will be “cashed out” with the equivalent value in tokens. This will take place on an individual basis over the next few weeks. Going forward we hope to be able to accept debit card/credit card payments for rides and tokens and will keep you posted on any changes. Thank you SO much for your patience and support!!!
